Al-Azm Palace is a palace in Damascus, Syria, built-in 1749.
Located north of Al-Buzuriyah Souq in the Ancient City of Damascus, the palace was built in 1749 to be the private residence for As'ad Pasha al-Azm, the governor of Damascus; during the French Mandate for Syria and Lebanon, it housed the French Institute, you can check Wikipedia for more information about the palace!
In this video, we'll explore the Al-Azm museum and learn about its history. We'll see some of the most famous works of art from the ancient Syrian civilization, and explore the museum's collection in detail. Make sure you watch the video until the end to see many of this museum's secrets.
